This Competition takes place in Lyon Metropolitan Boulodrome 14th and 15th of may.
CrossFit Des Monts and Fit and Rack have built a team work based and community event. This great french community has recently been highlighted by the medium Morning Chalk Up.
The spec of this event is the athletes are teamed up by 6 teammates. Two women and four men. It will be a huge show, especially thanks to the unusual place with its 900m2 floor.
For this edition, Lyon Showdown programming will be announced directly on Hustle Up. Athletes will enjoy the direct chat, leaderboard, timer, wod book etc…
